All camps require a non refundable $500 deposit to confirm each booking with payment in full to be received no later than 8 weeks before official start days. Full fees minus deposit are refundable according to our policy below.

In the event of a necessary cancellation of one of our camps, Mayfly Cycling, will repay in full all monies to you the client.
